Our Founder and Board Chair

Dr. Charmaine C. Marshall is the Founder and Board Chair of EdSystems Global Resilience Foundation, where she leads efforts to strengthen education systems and communities so learning can continue during and after periods of disruption. With more than two decades of experience in K–12 education and system-level leadership, Dr. Marshall has served as a school principal and education leader in the United States and has partnered with educators and institutions across global contexts.

Her work focuses on education resilience, leadership capacity building, and sustainable school improvement, particularly in under-resourced and crisis-affected communities. Dr. Marshall holds a doctorate in education and brings a systems-based, equity-centered approach to advancing educational opportunity and long-term impact.
